President's Quilt 2022
Irene Shaw, President in 2022, chose this pattern called Best of All, from Beyond the Battlefield by Mary Etherington and Connie Tesene. Malvern Quilters bought the fabric which was made up into packs for members to take and make up the blocks. The quilt was done as a quilt as you go project and assembled at a Saturday Sit & Sew day.
Irene's chosen charities were Myeloma Research, because her brother had died of Myeloma, and CLAPA (the Cleft Lip and Palate Association) because her grandson was born with a cleft palate and the charity was hugely supportive.
